Every appointment with me begins with a thorough consultation discussing hair history, goals, and maintenance. CANCELLATION POLICY
•When needing to cancel an appointment I kindly request that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. •Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a charge to the card on file for 50% of the reserved service cost. •No-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service cost to the card on file. •Consultations are complimentary, however a $25 no-show or late cancellation fee will apply if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up to your scheduled appointment. •Your health is important to me. When experiencing symptoms of illness, please reach out to me directly to reschedule if it is within the 24 hour window. •By booking your appointment you are agreeing that you have read my cancellation policy and agree to adhere by it.
